Franklin Township school district, Indianapolis: My blog Casting Out Nines (http://www.castingoutnines.net) is currently blocked by the Franklin Township school district on the southeast side of Indianapolis. I documented this instance in this post:

When I tried to email the school corporation about it, I found that my Gmail account was on a spam blacklist as well. It's likely, though unconfirmed, that this ban extends throughout other school districts in Marion County and the city of Indianapolis.
